Delivery

All wedding stationery orders are assembled and packed right here in our studio and sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Costs will be outlined on your quotation.

For orders outside of the UK or to upgrade to another delivery service enquire before ordering. 

For sample packs and prints shipping will be via Royal Mail first class, unless otherwise stated. Please see item for pricing

Returns

Wedding Stationery

As all wedding stationery is of a custom nature and personalised no refunds are available. Please refer to full terms and conditions, which will provided before proceeding with an order, which will highlight the clients responsibility for confirming accuracy prior to sending your order to print. In the event of any damage sustained to your order in transit please contact me directly in the first instance to rectify your issue. In the event of this happening no monetary refund will be offer but a replacement of your order will be supplied.

Art Prints

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Refund will only be processed once original item has been returned in a re-saleable condition with no damage and in original packaging.

Sample Packs

Returns are not accepted on sample packs. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed via original payment method accordingly once items are returned in original, undamaged condition.
